The Redwood Suite can be divided into two or three sections with sky fold partitions in less than 2 minutes. A large break out area can be used for exhibitions, coffee breaks, drinks receptions, additional 11 meeting rooms are located on the first floor.

11 ground floor meeting rooms are based in the west wing of the Hotel.
